I have been getting massages for roughly 14 years, in different parts of the country and slightly beyond the US too. Since recently discovering Alisha, I have experienced the best massages I have ever had. She is on par with $250/hr places etc. She knows the muscle groups, areas that personally need attention every time, and can do a wide variety of pressure without strain. Alisha is your absolute best bet- book her. Massage heights is also clean and well organized- loving the monthly massage service plan. Very worth it.

February 12, 2026 update. While my experience the other day was terrible, I will say that management and the owner did remedy the situation and apologized sincerely for my experience. I am grateful that they followed up and actually cared about how I was treated. I have adjusted my rating to reflect the treatment from management and owner. February 8, 2026 Most disappointing massage experience I've ever had. Not only did my therapist arrive late, start the session late and end it early but the massage itself was terrible. When it was over and the receptionist asked "how was it" and I explained it was the worst experience I've had... she had zero concern and offered no remedy. When I said "wow, this is how your company responds to negative feedback" her only reply was "yea we have mixed reviews about this therapist, I don't know why management keeps her." Management, if you're reading this, you might want to reconsider your business practices, and how you train the people who represent your establishment at the front desk. 135$ to end up crying in my car because I wasted my money and my time. Honestly disgusted. Being forced to pay for a service I did not receive while the receptionist also recognizing that this is an on going issue is terrible business. I will be getting in touch with my credit union as this is very scam like practices and no one deserves to be treated like this.
